Matus Hotel - Budapest

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and personal service provided by the owner. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making communication easy. The basic amenities in the rooms, including air conditioning, were sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location, although on the outskirts of the center, was convenient with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including a delicious fresh omelette made to order.

the pillow was not exchanged or not cleaned,even if the sheets was cleaned....a terrible smeling.....

We loved the rooms (they show that the owners are great art lovers), and also the hotel staff. It was a very very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke great English. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including salami, cheese, butter, jam, cereals. The hotel is conveniently located near mass transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. This made it easy for us to navigate the city and explore all that it had to offer. We also felt safe in the neighborhood, a priority for us. the hotel provided excellent value for the price.

I had a great time spending my New Year's Eve in this hotel. The breakfast had a variety of options including cold cuts, cheese, and different types of bread. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable.
